Today was week 9 of training. 11 miles through Vancouver's Discovery Trail. The first couple of miles were tough, but after mile 4, the miles didn't feel any different from one to the next. Here's my proof. Next week is 8 miles to give us a breather for the Helvetia Half Marathon. Looking to beat my 2:11 1/2 marathon time.
