Davis moves up to the Toddler classroom

Recently, Davis "graduated" from the Infant class to the Toddler room. The new class is more suited for him with a bigger running space, new toys, two new teachers and new friends! Here are some pictures of his first day and the weekly email communications from his teachers. So far, Davis seems to enjoy his new digs!

Berry picking in Hillsboro

Today was Davis' first berry picking trip. The berries available today were Chinook Rasberries and Triple Crown Boysenberries. Davis is still working on the concept of picking and saving for later. All the berries in his bucket were gone by the time we got to the register to pay. We gave an extra tip for the berries in Davis' stomach. The rest of the berries are being used for a berry crisp for dessert tonignt. Yum!

Davis visits the horse ranch

Our former Vancouver neighbors, Jill and Dick Bolm invited us to visit their Arabian horse farm in Hillsboro. Davis kept saying "more?" when he'd feed a carrot to the horses. He got up close and personal with Tiara, Pump It Up, Da Vinci Code, Freddy, etc. It was a beautiful fall day.
