Last week, the Mohler family (Jenny, Scott, Emi and Sam) visited Sacramento all the way from Chicago. They spent the day with the Soerianatas at Fairy Tale Town. Love that place! Check out their pictures:

Grandma and Grandpa Lee visit Davis

Grandma and Grandpa Lee came to visit on Steve's birthday weekend. They were very helpful to us - fixing up the house for the sale on May 1st. They also watched Davis while Mom and Dad went out for dinner and a movie for Steve's birthday. Our first date night! We partied all weekend long when we celebrated with a fabulous Sunday brunch at Salty's seafood buffet. Tasty! Davis was back to his smiling self now that he is not sick anymore.

Davis' 1st Easter

Davis had a great time in Sacramento to celebrate his first Easter with friends and family. He spent the weekend decorating eggs with the Murais and Sorienatas and ended the trip with an Easter egg hunt at the Parks. Here's the link to all of the pictures with a couple below.

Update on Davis - 1st Fever and Ear Infection, Holding his own bottle, and Happy Baby pose

Hi all,
It's been a couple weeks and we must say it's been all about taking care of Davis. He got a little sick and is still taking medicine for his ear infection, but is doing well now. He's smiling back to his happy self. A couple of new things for Davis is that he's starting to play with his feet and wanting to hold his bottle when feeding. Fun stuff! Here's some pictures.

Davis visits with Uncle Welly and Auntie Dina

Last weekend, Davis took his first trip to Seattle (2.5 hrs North) to visit with Dina and Welly while they were in town for an event. We had lunch at the Crab Pot on the Wharf, one of our favorite places to eat with your fingers and wear a bib while you eat!

Tandem Snowboarding

Cowabunga! Ever seen a baby snowboard? Would you believe that Steve is already training Davis to be a hard core gamer through the Wii Fit Snowboarding? The Baby Bjorn comes in handy as Davis learns to board along with daddy.

Davis learns to roll!

This week Davis hit a milestone when he learned how to roll onto his tummy. He also has been training to put himself to sleep without mom and dad's nightly production of rocking, humming, bouncing on the exercise ball, etc. Davis has successfully been napping at the Webb's (daycare) during the day so why not put himself to sleep at night too?

Davis spends some quality time with his "Po Po" (Grandma Wong) & the Jungs

Davis had a change this past week. Kristen started back to work, so Dad and Po Po Mary took care of Davis. Grandma got to spend some quality time with Davis and helped dad with the cooking and taking care of Davis.

Davis also had some visitors for the day: Uncle Doug and Aunt Tina. We showed them the Nike Campus and Vancouver. Over the weekend, we also went up to Tacoma to see Chenin, Mooklan, Jerry, Tina, and Doug to say hello and see the birthday girl, Chenin.

Penny and Cameron's first time in the snow....

Penny and Cameron' first time in the snow. It was a perfect day to play in the snow. They look like they are having a great time!

Davis starts daycare and is practicing walking

In preparation of Kristen going back to work, we took Davis to his daycare this week so he can start getting use to the different location and the care staff. So, we dressed him in his favorite hat and overalls for the outing. After getting home, he was tired and took a long nap. Day one of daycare was a success!

Also, new for chubby Davis is that he's now moving around is his walking stroller. Whether it's crewing on the toys or walking backwards, he's rolling and, as always, enjoying himself.

Finally, note that only one of the pictures is him smiling. He does have more expressions than just happy. :)

If you didn't already know, it's Jen's birthday on the 11th. If you want to know the age, you will have to ask him. Happy Birthday, Big Bro. Davis is looking forward for you to teach him how to dance and play sports. :)

Davis is working on his back/neck strength in his bumbo. Don't worry. It's safe. A couple of minutes a day to strengthen his body. As you can see, he's enjoying it.

Davis, the newest, youngest, Oregon socialite has been showing around his Aunt Dina to the cool spots around Portland. Friday, was the peruvian restaurant, Andina, and Saturday was the southern spot, Screen Door for chicken and waffles. Tasty treats.
